Hi DigitalOcean Support, I recently discovered that two Droplets, openclaw-v2 and openclaw-v3, were powered off but not destroyed. I misunderstood the billing behavior and thought stopped Droplets would stop compute charges. I have now destroyed both Droplets on July 1, 2026. The affected period is approximately April 1, 2026 to July 1, 2026, and the total charge appears to be about $32.70. I understand DigitalOcean’s policy says powered-off Droplets are still billed because resources remain reserved, and I accept that this was my mistake. However, could you please consider a one-time goodwill credit or exception refund for this accidental unused resource billing? Thank you.

Right now the invoice is in a total of all droplets cost, would like to separate billing by projects, example projects A , 5 droplets, $100, projects B, 4 droplets, $50, instead of total 9 droplets, $150 and finance want to separate them manually.

Bitcoin is a Peer to Peer digital currency with worldwide implications. Its value is changing rapidly just like oil did during its early days of adoption. That aside, it is a new technology and is beginning to be widely used. One of the largest internet company's in China started accepting them, WordPress accepts them and many more are starting to accept them every day. I don't want to see Digital Ocean lose out on this technology. I suggest you take a good hard look in the adoption of this new payment system.

Now that projects are available, can we have the option to be billed to a separate credit card if we want? That way I don't have to have multiple Digital Ocean accounts.

Can you break down billing expenses by resources ? That is, specify how much is paid for : 1- droplet 2- reserved IP 3- snapshot

I was supposed to get 1 year validity for GitHub education pack but i only got 2 months for it, I have linked my education pack with my digital ocean before adding my card to it. Please Help

Additional defined email lists can be added to receive invoices without adding new users.

Please can we introduce a billing cap. No matter how secure your setup something could go wrong and someone could quickly rack up a massive bill, on your account. I think there should be a billing cap option and then also alerts based on this cap. So say you can set it to alert you at x% and then y% of the cap. Currently there is option to set one alert but thats not really good enough.

I recently created my account and completed the payment to verify my identity. However, after evaluating the services, I have decided not to proceed with using the platform at this time.
