Add more permission levels and granularity all over. Now member can do almost anything. I'd like to give only read perms to some users, or manage perms only for some resources. Currently all team members can delete averything in team account.

I think there is one strong limitation in the platform, at least for me. I tell all of my clients to sign up on digitalocean and invite me as a team member. But, while they create a team, they leave it default as 'My Team'. So, when I see it in my dashboard they are all labelled as 'My Team' ( like on image attached ) which is so confusing and i am not allowed to edit the team name only for me. Would it be possible to let the member customize the team name for the member only - like just personalizing the team name for me only - the client would see the team name they set but I see the name that I set ? This would be an incredible feature for me, and for other freelancers like me that manage numerous clients projects. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I find it very complicated to found the support’s tickets area. I think you should do it easier. I just took 10 minutes to find it. I know it's not by accdicent, you don't want to get many tickets. It's not proper and it encourage me to move to your opponents.

When a Support Ticket is created, there is the option to select the 'Affected Droplet'. However, once the ticket has been created it does not show what option was selected. Unless the droplet concerned was explicitly mentioned in the body of ticket, there is no way to relate the ticket to a specific droplet. The support ticket should show (ideally in the ticket overview view), the 'Affected droplet' option that was selected when creating the ticket.

I want OS Label field on Droplets to be Editable. I can see this feature also being useable when a customer performs an in-place upgrade (ie, upgrading the Droplet from Ubuntu 18.04 to Ubuntu 20.04). Currently, the OS Label continues to read as 18.04 even after the upgrade has occurred because the portal is never triggered to prompt the label change. I would definitely suggest adding that idea.

There should be an option to show time (e.g. in graphs) in 24h format.

New design (ex. kubernetes tab) is far uglier than old (ex. databases tab), please don't go this way.

On MacOS/iOS/iPadOS, when a 2FA code is received via Messages, most websites will allow an autofill to occur. Logging in to DigitalOcean requires that the code be entered manually instead of autofilled. Please enable autofill of this code to make the login process more efficient. Thanks!

Create additional filters in the DNS records management GUI, because if they are more than a few it gets very frustrating to manage them, due to the lack of sorting and filtering. Also, sorting would be nice too :) Thank you!

We are waiting for years now. I think a major group of DO users use DO at night time, it's so hurting to stare on a white control panel waiting for the snapshot to complete. If you want, I'll write a dark mode CSS for free, only to save a lot of eyes.
