In the “Insights” CPU usage graph (and in the rest), there should be a way to manually adjust the Y axis scale, in addition to the current automatic mode. For example, if there is a peak of 100% CPU usage for one second in 14 days, the graph is adjusted to show that peak, which almost obscures the rest of the information for the two weeks (or makes it difficult to view). By manually adjusting the scale, you could choose to ignore that peak (leaving it out of the graph) to show the rest correctly, or return to automatic mode and show all the information inside the graph.
