Dear DigitalOcean Support,
I’m writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the recent blocking of SMTP traffic on my account. This sudden change has severely disrupted my application, causing unintended outages.
What’s most concerning is that this change was implemented without any prior notice, leaving me no time to prepare or implement an alternative solution. A service provider of your scale should at the very least offer a minimum of 30 days advance notice for changes that can potentially break customer applications.
I strongly urge you to reconsider the way such policy changes are communicated. Developers and businesses rely on stability and transparency — not surprise outages due to silent decisions.
