Make support tickets easier!

I cringe every time I need to submit a support ticket...
* I have to navigate to the hard-to-find support section
* I need to select 3-5 dropdowns
* Half the time, the dropdown doesn't have the relevant option (given the contextual options from the prior selections).
* The items are not alphabetized.
* Don't use DigitalOcean "inside baseball" terms (while your product team knows this, most customer don't know WTF difference btwn "Droplette" and "App Platform"
* When I get a response via email, there is no history of the thread, so I don't have context into what previous discussions from the thread were
This may seem not core to the biz, but this terrible user experience does have an impact on perception of DO
