Following my ticket to support: It looks like the CSV is not fully reflective of the actual PDF invoice breakdown. I was looking for CSV/excel file to include a summary with the count of droplets by droplet type, as well as the unit or total cost of the droplets by droplet type.

That is really a surprise because the PDF actually give us line items with Droplet type, service, hours used and cost. That should be able to be delivered in a CSV also instead of PDF.. as the data clearly exists
