Hi DigitalOcean Support,

I recently discovered that two Droplets, openclaw-v2 and openclaw-v3, were powered off but not destroyed. I misunderstood the billing behavior and thought stopped Droplets would stop compute charges.

I have now destroyed both Droplets on July 1, 2026.

The affected period is approximately April 1, 2026 to July 1, 2026, and the total charge appears to be about $32.70.

I understand DigitalOcean’s policy says powered-off Droplets are still billed because resources remain reserved, and I accept that this was my mistake. However, could you please consider a one-time goodwill credit or exception refund for this accidental unused resource billing?
