Support creating multiple container registries

Currently digitalocean supports only 1 container registry per account. It will be useful to support multiple registry (may be with max limit - changed by tickets). This will help organize multiple project/microservices deployment in their own registry.

This makes sense. I'd like the registry to be in the same Region as my Kubernetes Cluster.

If you have multiple Kubernetes Clusters in various Regions and only one Registry in one Region then images would need to be served from regions far from the Cluster.
