Right now, we have the option to send alerts over a variety of channels, such as Slack or via email, for abnormal resource usage (CPU, memory, or disk storage, etc). An option to trigger an alert anytime a droplet is in a specific Power state (i.e. powered off) would be help when droplets aren't automatically power up after a DO incident that knocks a droplet offline.
